Sealcoating & Striping

We apply SealMaster Industrial grade sealer that is precisely mixed in specially designed agitator tanks to ensures your driveway or parking lot will receive a consistent and durable sealer. Our one-of-kind, skid-resistant formula and application techniques penetrate the sealer into the pores of the asphalt.

Why should you sealcoat?

Sealcoating beautifies and protects your investment (asphalt). Natural and manmade elements can cause cracks halfway into the asphalt in as little as 5 years. Larger cracks and potholes can appear within the base as early as 8-10 years. Sealcoating your asphalt is like protecting your skin with sunblock.

Sealcoating Applications

There are two different sealcoating applications. Squeegee machine application is used for good/new asphalt. Silica sand is added in this application to provide texture and durability to the sealer. We reccommend this application because it works the sealer into the pores and gives better protection.

Spray application is used for poor/coarse asphalt. Spraying will apply a thin coat of sealer and help extend the life of already poor asphalt (short term). This application is also very cost effective because it uses less sealer but it does not cover as well as squeegee machine applications.

Asphalt Line Striping

From the beginning we have offered commercial grade striping. Our experience with such a precision skill has made our jobs the ultimate finished product on a newly paved or sealed parking lot.

Striping is the final touch to a newly sealed or freshly paved parking lot. It is imperative that the parking spaces are efficiently laid out and the job is neat. The first impression of your business may very well be the parking lot.
